After having rung your office I was told an appointment would be made and I would be rung back in the afternoon and I was. Exactly a week later, as promised, your engineer showed up at my address and what a pleasant and efficient gentleman he was (Paul). He stripped the machine and inspected it closely and diagnosed it needed a new one. He promised he would be back the following Thursday. I was rung up on the following Wednesday and the appointment was confirmed. Paul showed up, fitted the new machine and left with a smile.
    Paul is a credit to himself and to you and you can be very proud of the service you provide for Saniflo customers. I will write to Saniflo and express my gratitude in regards to your existence. Thank you once again."
